Shipped or concept
Ask which of the shown products are live today and install them. A rendered mockup proves a designer exists; a live app with recent reviews proves a team can finish.
Outcomes over screenshots
A useful case study names the problem, the constraint, the decision that was hard, and what changed after launch. Anything else is decoration.
Relevance
Category adjacency matters more than logo size. A team that has shipped consumer marketplaces will understand your two-sided problem better than one with a larger but unrelated client list.
