What is your testing strategy? How do releases work and who submits to the stores? How is the architecture documented? What happens on a production incident?
Ownership and exit
Who owns the repository, the design files, the infrastructure and the accounts from day one? What does handover look like if we bring the work in-house? A partner confident in the relationship makes leaving easy.
Proof
Ask for a product you can install, the metrics it moved, and a reference who ran the engagement. Portfolio images are not evidence.
